Understanding the four components of the human experience. The human exprience is also an energy (spirit) experience.

These are facts and concepts that you will positively want to understand in order to get a tight grasp on how inner spirit, consciousness, meditation, and certain energy fields work.  This applies to spirit,... to religion,... to consciousness,... to physiology,... to brain function,... to science,... and to  physics,... just to name some of the systems it applies to.

1)>  What is aura???

Aura is something that everyone and everything on this planet has.  The essence of it is your spirit, but not just your spirit alone.  When I say spirit, I am talking full tangible measured aspects of who and what you are.  You can't function, and you are not alive (literally) without the spirit component of yourself.  So when you talk about concepts like spiritual and spirit essence, and her spirit or his spirit,... you are really talking about something measurable and very scientific.  You can apply this to anything you want (like religion),... but it is simply how we function, and therefore a science to be viewed.

Your aura is the energy field that envelopes you.  It is a field that surrounds you all day and all night until you finally leave your body.  You take it with you when you go.  Cause it is the real you.  They now have machines that can both see this field and measure this field.  This aura field is very colorful because it is effected all day long by your "set point" and also your moods.  If you're angry it is one color,... if you're happy and hot it is another color.  The color shifts come from a fluxuation in the vibration frequency you happen to be making at the moment.  It is tied directly to your free-will.  It is also tied directly to the cells in your body and your overall health.  It is also tied to your overall sanity, or lack thereof.   

2)>  What are the four components???

The four components are simply the four parts of all that you are.  You are and have a mind (consciousness),... a body (physiology),... a spirit (will, animation, energy flow, chi, kinetic energy etc.),... and a soul (a physiological and consciousness connection to a field of overall life-force and ultimate supreme consciousness (GOD)  

3)>  What is frequency???

We are going to give the answer to this in the terms that we are using it for,... which is light science, or the view of what light actually is,... and this is so we can harness it for this and for that..  But if you would like an extensive idea (and you should )... go to the web and take a look,...  Frequency is the full scale of measurements (measuring actual substance) that have to do with waves (like radio waves, like light waves, like sound waves) and particles (the teeny-tiniest little pieces of everything that is anything).  There are more frequencies of course than have not been discovered so far.  Just like the Universe has more "stuff" in it than we know about so far.  Just because we have not been able to figure out how to measure it, does not mean it isn't very, very real.  When dealing with frequency the way we do,... you have to keep this in mind.  Frequencies are a large part of spirit science... and I (the guy writing this right now) am a spirit scientist in some form or fashion.  So having a basic understanding of how frequencies work, and are measured, will do wonders for you in terms of looking at the research being presented here.  Spirituality and consciousness deals heavily in this field (if its real, that is).  Frequency is the actual "type" of vibration and velocity or (speed and kinetic force) that waves and particles move in.

4)>  How does frequency apply to the four components, and why should I care about that anyway???

 This is a very good and serious question.  You see, everything operates by way of frequencies, especially everything we think of as conscious,... like humans and animals.  That is because consciousness itself affects frequencies at the level we are talking about here.  So, when we are talking about body, soul, spirit and mind,... (in order to reach an understanding of effecting your fields and using what you have already stored up within you)... having a basic idea of what frequencies are and how they work, is important to seeing the picture clearly here.  This is like my college math,... the language is sometimes so abstract and the concepts so foreign, that the professor has to come and explain it to me in my own terms so I can understand what is being said.  It is language that only a mathematician can love.  So, when we are deciding how it is that frequencies apply to us, we have to see it in some familiar ideas that we can ALL understand.

You see,... what your aura/spirit field really is:  is an energy of consciousness and light frequency combined.  Everything in your physiology and everything in your mind and spirit are reflected in and through these frequencies.  So if you have low level frequency then you are going to be a crappy person.  And ask yourself this, "do I like crappy people?".  Of course we don't,... and you can "feel" a crappy person when you get around one,... just like you can "feel" an enlightened person when you get around one.  What you are feeling though, is the frequency that they are giving off in their field, cause their field is effecting your field,... see how that works???  So when we wonder about our frequency, and why we should even care about it, just ask yourself how important it is to your personal life how other people perceive you.  Do you get the job?  Do you get the assistance you need?  Do you get people helping you out?  Do you make enough money to get by?  Are people friendly to you?  Do your friends and acquaintances like it when you come around?  Is your family a balanced and happy one?  Are your kids being nourished by good frequency and lessons of that,... or bad frequency and those set of lessons?  Do you like yourself?  Do you feel spiritually connected?  Do you understand how YOU function?  Do you like being dumb, or intelligent?  Are you a "go to" person when the ones you care about have questions about life?  Do you effect people positively just by walking into a room or getting near them?  And the list goes on........ your frequency gives you away.  You can try and hide it from people that do not understand, but you can't hide a field that is generating the "signature" of all four components of who and what you really are.  

The way you interact with everything in your life is all about your frequency.  The way everything in your life interacts with you is all about your frequency.  You see, even though we do not see the field of light/ aura/ consciousness that surrounds everyone and everything,... we still feel it.  The frequency that your consciousness,... that your spirit,... that your physiology,... that your connection to the ULTIMATE LIFE-FORCE field (soul),... is generating is effecting all things and all people in your interactions, 24/7.  This is why you should care.

The whole idea of "I shouldn't care what other people think" is an idea born out of a low frequency paradigm of what is really real in life.  This psycho babble has done more damage to society than you can shake a stick at.  It is an idea of ignoring how we are made and designed.  Ignoring things that effect you where you live is simply ignorance incarnate.         

5)>  What are energy fields???

Energy fields are best understood by looking at the atmosphere of the planet that we are a part of.  There is a field surrounding this planet.  We call it atmosphere, and we think of it as air,... but it is soooooooooooo much more than that.  We would have to go off into deep physics to see it for what it really is,... and that is not simplifying things,... so let's just get simple.

Our atmosphere is something that is magnetic and fully charged (in terms of particles) so that it protects us and nourishes us (we are Earth, so long as we are in bodies), by keeping good things in and bad things out.  There are good fields out there in space (our own solar system to be simple about it) that help you to live... there are also bad fields out there that will fry you in seconds, or radiate you and wreck you.  There is also chunks of stuff floating around that can blast ya to kingdom come. (meteors, comets, rocks, and space stuff),... and the Earth's field (aura) keeps those fields and things from causing the kind of damage that destroys the planet (which is going to be "itself" for this simple explanation).  

So an energy field (for this simple explanation anyway) is a giant blob of particles that are all charged in a frequency that is in harmony with itself.  In other words,... all the substance of those particles of the field are vibrating at a pitch that makes them just one thing,... an energy field.  We can't see them cause our vision is designed to see only a certain bandwidth of light rays.  If we saw everything that is out there and that goes on,... we would freak out and get locked up cause we would probably go insane.  But again,... just cause we can't see it does not mean it is not there.  Our eyes are designed to only see certain bandwidths of light rays.  If we took a "I don't see it and therefore it can't be real" attitude,... science would never discover anything,... spirituality would not exist,... and our pat answer would always be "God made it that way,... who knows"...   If hard line skeptics would rule the planet, then life here would be a paradigm of crappy, disconnected spirits (us) floating in nowhere-ville... learning nothing, because invention is from what can't be seen.  Thank God for women and men of vision.

Now,... if we apply this to our own energy field, we can easily see that it is the same thing.  Our personal fields vibrate at certain frequencies (pitch) ... and if another field or substance is trying to come through that is just no good for us,... it can't.  But here is the kicker,... YOU DETERMINE WHAT FREQUENCY YOUR PERSONAL FIELD VIBRATES AT... that is the whole concept of free-will in a nutshell... it is also the whole concept of obsession or (now don't freak out on me here and start having nightmares) possession, in a nut shell...  Welcome to spirit physics 101.  I am your guide and mad-scientist professor. 

7)>  What is the difference between spirituality and religion???

I am so, so glad you have enough wisdom to even ask this question!  You see,... the question we just looked at, and this one together, will help you sink your teeth into "knowing" if your interpretation of your religious leanings are tangible interpretations,... or just something to make you feel better so you don't jump off a bridge somewhere.  It will help you understand if your religion is rooted deep in spirituality,... or just a disconnected line of thinking that brings nothing to bear in your altering of fields and frequencies.  

Better and more evolved humans have better frequencies,... and evil wicked types have evil wicked frequencies.  The energy (frequency signature) of what love (the actual energy and not your fantasy) is measured at, in terms of a frequency, is a very high frequency indeed.  As a hard-line skeptic, I would say "prove it",... but that is ludicrous because all of us have experienced love in one form or another on the frequency band,... at one time or another.  Experience is the proof.  But since we can't see frequency bandwidths, then the kind of proof being asked for is quite irrational.  Religion was originally designed for you personal spirituality,... not the other way around.

Please be very aware that this is the 21st century.  What we now know in terms of physics,... or even common knowledge,... was not known even 100 years ago, or even 50 years ago.  Even 30 years ago.  And the speed at which we are learning is growing in velocity, because of what we have already learned.  Some thinking type people keep coming along and saying, "here it is,... all mapped out for you." and it just keeps building on itself.  

The sad part about religion, as it is taught today, is that there are stiff-necked skeptics running the show.  Not skeptic about the "does God exist?" question.  (they are too smart and evolved for that),... but certainly skeptical about "what is God and what is Christ" questions.  See,... that requires the use of looking through the lens of what we call science and physics,... and they fear science and physics, because it kinda ruins the dogmatic philosophy they have already written down and created whole systems on many hundreds of years ago.  It is close to the same reason oil companies do not want research done, and systems built, that will replace dependency on oil consumption.  

If I exposed them to my book written and influenced by THE SPIRIT, titled "The Physics of Jesus Christ", then I get them rolling their eyes.  And why?  Because it is not looking at the very same subject they are touting in the same way they see it, but it is looking at it in terms of energy and frequency.

The very word religion comes from the root word of "relegere":  meaning to relegate.  Religion denominations are systems that are excellent for building foundations,... but really rotten at going past that.  It's kind of like shoving the substance of what God is, and what Christ is, into a box that is just too small to hold it all,... then saying, "hey, look,... we have the answers in this box."  It is like some kind of a behavioral science, the way they have it operating.  Now, I recommend religion for all young (young with the ability to understand that is) people because it starts them out right,... it gives the "who" answers,... just nothing even close to the "what" answers,... like "what is the knowledge of God stuff".  Although I firmly believe that religion should be a prerequisite for spiritual quests,... the two are not the same.

Religion kind of ends at who God is and how do you get to Heaven,... where as spirituality take religious ideas and thought and says,... "I want to experience this in real terms,... I want to feel it and I want to "know" from experience.  I want a full blown connection with whatever God is and I want to feel it coursing through me.  People on spiritual quests do not fair to well inside organized churches where there is a standard behavior and an un-written code not to deviate from that centuries old standard.  Places where questioning what God is:  not cool.  In all fairness though,... religion has evolved.  Before Martin Luther (early 1500's), people were not even suppose to read the Bible because they might interpret it wrong.

People have a deep need for spirituality, and if religion refuses to answer the need,... then why is it so hard to fathom that people will go outside organized religion to get the need met?  Religion unfortunately is like a set of rules,... whereas spirituality is like digging up why the rules are in place, in the first place.  Religion looks at the 10 commandments of Moses and says here it is, the definitive conclusive article.  Spirituality looks at the 10 commandments of Moses and says, "what is this based on and I want to find out,... I already know it is real".

Religion deals in dogma and doctrine,... spirituality deals in the frequency and real science of what the doctrine and dogma are based on.  If the doctrine and dogma don't mesh with what reality is, then doctrine and dogma don't figure it out for a very long time,... spirituality feels it right away.  The spiritual quest is the actual "digging it up" part.

Now,... spirituality can be confusing also, because it does not stop at one religion or one theology,... it is like the energizer bunny,... it keeps going and going and going.  That is why it needs to be tampered with physics,... also why finding a knowledgeable guide is crucial for this vast field.  That is also why one needs a solid foundation to go by.  Religion offers that foundation,... and so it is a great prerequisite for spiritual seeking.  But religion in today's form, it is not even close to the definitive conclusive roadway for tapping into the pure knowledge of God where the energy is both real and fully explained.  That is where you get into the frequencies of things.  That is also where the four components come into play.  Spirituality does not stop with mind alone,... that is where it begins. 

8)>  Why should I focus my consciousness on my own consciousness???

This is kinda cool the way this question is worded huh?  But none the less,... let's look at this.  

Your consciousness is really somethin'.  But what is consciousness? (in personal terms, anyway?)  Your consciousness is your mind component tied to the rest of you and your awareness of all things around you.  That is where you "register" everything you are aware of.  You could be aware that you just stepped in some doggy doody,... your consciousness is in play in all of that.  You could be aware that THE HOLY SPIRIT has just given you a personal encounter,... your consciousness is in full play in all of that.  But your consciousness is even more than this.  This is why we are not calling it "the thinker",... but instead, the mind.  It also registers things at the subconscious levels that you may not be aware of at the conscious levels.  Like some gut instinct you may have about someone or something.  This is also your consciousness in full swing in that split second.  Your consciousness is the part of you that has you aware.  

If your consciousness is not at full capacity,... then your awareness drops (it actually just stays where it is, in the unexpanded version),... simple physics here.  And guess what,... our consciousness very seldom works at full capacity.  But we can get it to work more fully with just a little bit of effort.  This is what is termed as an enlightened outlook.

Your consciousness is the key to the other three systems or three components of who and what you are.  It is unlikely right now that you have knowledge of who and what you are.  This is because that kind of knowledge is "higher knowledge".  Frankly, sources for higher knowledge are hard to come by.  There is a whole battle going on over this that we are not going to get into.  But the battle has to do with an enslaved consciousness,... as opposed to an enlightened consciousness.  To get into this we would have to go into dimensions and other worldly "stuff",... so this is too deep for this question right now.

So,... back to the question.  Why focus consciousness on consciousness???  Your consciousness is tied to your other three components.  All four of these components, acting in unison, control the systems that make up who and what you are. We are already aware of our biological systems,... and there is tons of em.  We are not aware of our spirit systems, nor our soul systems,... nor too much of our mind systems.  And the reason we are not aware of them is because our consciousness is not expanded enough to come into the awareness of them.  Also because the knowledge (if you can find it) just isn't taught in a way that ties them altogether,... so we don't even know where to begin.  This is the current paradigm of how life is for us right now.

The good news is that this current paradigm can shift to a whole new paradigm right here and now.  The good news is that there is good news.  (in ancient Greek,... this term "good news" is interpreted as "gospel").... YIKES!!!

When we are talking focusing on consciousness,... I do not just mean thinking about it.  That is like saying I am going to focus on my health cause I am middle aged,... then just sit around pondering it.  That will not expand my health,... it may educate me though.  But faith without works is dead,... meaning: just pondering will not do the trick (that is not end results).  What does do the trick is experiential knowledge,... that only comes from understanding by doing:  by "feeling" it.  So we want to get a "feel" for our consciousness.  A feel of our awareness.  The term feeling is directly physiological as well as tied to mind,... and because we are talking consciousness we are also talking spirit, which is directly tied to soul.  As you can see, experiential knowledge is not kiddin' around.

So............. focusing consciousness on consciousness means to focus your awareness on bringing up your awareness.  Let's say that you are stuck in a place where life just isn't working like you know it should,... then it is a real and total drag.  You are actually stuck there because you are not aware of how to get unstuck.  Its kinda like walking through life not being able to read.  Although the information is all over the place,... you can't get it because you are unaware of how to read.  So, if you become aware of your own unawareness of how to read,.. (making your consciousness more aware and learning to negotiate the terrain of letters and words) then the information becomes available to you because now you can read it.  

But in this case we are talking about the kind of thing that brings you empowerment in the four components.  It brings you an experiential understanding within the four components of who and what you are.  Also where and how you are.  Like human design 101 class.... only at the college level.

   

 

9)>  Why is consciousness only a part of the whole picture???

Don't forget here that consciousness is only one of the four components of what we are.  It is the mind of the four components:  so to look at this,... 

We can say that consciousness is where the interaction can be understood,... but it is not where everything is happening.  We have to look at the whole of the human experience to see that.  You can't think your way to a different "set point" in terms of frequency,... although without consciousness, you would not even understand what the whole thing is about.  So it can be kind of complicated.  But not really.  You just have to come into a different expanded understanding of the whole picture,... then act on that understanding.

There is a great story that is perfect for America in the 21st century.  It comes to us from the Bible.  It is in the book of Hosea.  Chapter 4,... starting in verse 5&6... In the story, God is really mad.  The priesthood (which is the governing role in the kind of government they had then) has withheld knowledge from the people... not just any kind of knowledge,... but the kind we are discussing on this site.  God says, "My people parish for lack of knowledge".  He is saying the society is going haywire because the knowledge has been monopolized.  He is saying the priests are at fault because they are the ones who deal in the knowledge,... and they are not giving it out because it produces empowerment (they decided to monopolize that empowerment).  

What you have to see here though is that the kind of knowledge being discussed here is literally and tangibly empowering because it is taking everything into account,... the planet,... the design of human,... the energy,... the food to infuse certain energies,... the exercises that empower,... the tangible power that is available to the people from other dimensions,... and all kinds of stuff.  Although the people's consciousness of it is what makes them understand it,... the other three aspects of what they are (beside consciousness alone) have to work in conjunction with physics and spiritual, natural, and physiological laws in order to get the benefit of what is being handed to them to empower them (or in this case, what destroyed the society from what it was intended to be,... because it was withheld).  

 

There is a whole giant potential for honest to goodness real and tangible opportunities simply by changing your personal paradigm.  That is as simple as changing your frequency and its set point.  But this has to happen in all four components of who and what you are. Your thought has to come into play for certain,... that is the key piece.  So does the body and the spirit, because it carries the frequency,... and opens doors for you because of that.  So does your soul because it is what ties you to a huge grid of all life-force and all consciousness.
